October is....

NATIONAL APPLE MONTH!

Seriously, it exists.

And the best part is, this is also the time of year when HONEYCRISP apples are in season. Normally you can't find them in Utah, but last night Austin and I went into Target, and lo and behold, by the Indian corn and the pumpkins, there they were. I recognized them from a hundred yards away. They are the most delicious apples IN THE WORLD. I do love Pink Lady apples, but only because Honeycrisp aren't always available. They are so sweet and crunchy and perfect. They are exactly what an apple should taste like. If you haven't tried them, FIND THEM. They will change your life.

Shanna,

You can also find a 1/2 bushel of honeycrisp apples at Allred's orchard in Provo. The are on University Ave., just north of the stadium on the west side of the road. You can also buy them in a small bag- YUM!!!
